>>The Wheel of Wellness

The Wheel of Wellness shown below is a model that can help you develop your Personal Wellness Plan.  The model is designed for people of all ages, because aiming for optimum health and well-being is beneficial over the life span.  The many components of the Wheel interact and overlap.  You are invited to click on each component to see a brief description of what it includes.  Consider which areas of your life could be enhanced.  Discuss each dimension with your counselor as a way of setting specific goals to facilitate changes in your life.
